2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription Service

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans as described on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period.

Skipping Months: You may skip a month by logging into your account before the 5th of each month. Skipped months will not be charged, and your credits will roll over.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Credits and Add-Ons

Credits earned through your subscription may be used to select books from our monthly selections or add-on catalog. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription, unused credits may be used within 12 months of cancellation.

6. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is included in your subscription fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. Due to the nature of our curated service, we do not accept returns for books that are simply not to your taste. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Libriana or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. User Conduct

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIBRIANA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libriana and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
